About Us



Michael Caceci Michael Caceci enjoys a diverse, successful career as a business executive and entrepreneur. He is the founder and owner of Excellerated Performance LLC, a consulting and professional development services firm based in Pittsford, New York.

Mike brings over twenty five years of business experience to every client engagement. His areas of expertise include sales, sales management, general management, marketing, business operations, strategic planning, leadership and driving organizational change. When clients work with Mike, they gain the value of working with someone who has:
  • Met the challenge of leading teams in a highly competitive industry, consistently exceeding multi-million dollar sales revenue and profit plans.
  • Successfully developed and launched marketing programs for a major division of a Fortune 100 company, including an industry-first total satisfaction guarantee covering high-value business services. The result of this program alone was a doubling of new business orders within the first 120 days after its launch.
  • Led project teams for two organizations that applied for and won the coveted Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and Canada’s National Award for Excellence.
  • Helped numerous small and mid-sized firms to increase sales, develop effective strategic plans, acquire critical leadership skills and achieve their goals.
Mike holds a BA in psychology and an MBA in marketing management. As a Resource Associates Corporation (RAC) Affiliate, he is certified to deliver RAC-based programs and is part of an international network of independent consultant/human resource development professionals. Mike is a corporate-trained, Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He is a Senior Reviewer and Judge for the Empire State Advantage, New York State's business excellence certification and quality award program. Mike is an active member of the Rochester Business Alliance and currently serves on the board of the Small Business Council of Rochester. Michael Wallace Mike Wallace began his business career in 1973 with Xerox Corporation and has over 30 years of experience in supply chain management, customer service, marketing operations, financial planning and analysis, and quality management. As a senior leader with extensive cross-functional experience, he has consistently helped senior executives achieve these mission-critical objectives:
  • National, billion-dollar revenue and profit objectives for the largest division of Xerox.
  • Successful coordination of national demand planning and order fulfillment processes with a $200 million expense budget and 400 people.
  • Reduction of excess equipment assets by 25%, exceeding division objectives.
Mike was recognized by the sales organization for his contributions with three Xerox President Club awards, the highest form of recognition at Xerox. He was also the recipient of Xerox’s Excellence in Customer Satisfaction award.

Mike joined Excellerated Performance as an independent Senior Associate after retiring from Xerox Corporation. He is a trained, certified facilitator in Fortune 100 environments, helping clients achieve extraordinary results and turn their visions into reality. In this role, he is authorized to provide Excellerated Performance services to help people and organizations achieve their personal and professional goals.

Mike holds a BS in business and economics and an MBA in finance and management. He is a professor at Medaille College in their graduate study programs. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force and was awarded the U. S. Commendation Medal for extraordinary duties during the Viet Nam era. [ top ]
 

Paula Hollinger Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Paula Hollinger began her professional career in 1977 as a management analyst for the Navy International Logistics Control Office. Quickly seeking greater responsibility, Paula became an officer in the United States Air Force where she had command responsibilities throughout her eight-year tour.

With more than 25 years of international leadership experience, Paula is skilled in corporate culture change, process improvement, strategy, supply chain management, and customer service operations. Paula has experience in the technology, transportation, military, and education sectors.

When working with Paula, clients benefit from someone who:
  • As Section Commander in the United States Air Force: Commanded and evaluated 65 company grade officers annually. Taught leadership, team building, and communications skills. Was awarded Meritorious Service Medal.
  • As Director of Logistics, Sondrestrom AB, Greenland: Evaluated contractor performance. Developed Base operational plans and various agreements. Implemented new inventory control procedures and reduced overtime by 35%.
  • As a Business Consultant: Took a three-year $1M program that was six months behind schedule and $200K over budget and put it back on track within three months.
  • As Manager, Strategy Development and Integration at Xerox: Directed a global forum of Integrated Supply Chain stakeholders. Trimmed per unit manufacturing costs by 20%, reduced inventory/revenue by 15% and cut supply chain costs by 15%, while improving customer satisfaction from 89% to 93%.
  • As an Airport Operations Manager at United Air Lines: Managed daily customer service operations for 40 daily departures. Supervised rotating 50-person team. Achieved 97% on-time departure rate. Reduced weight-restricted flight delays by 67%. Instituted first "Quality Circle" at United.
Paula loves taking organizations from "good to great." She joined Excellerated Performance as an independent Senior Associate in order to apply her passion for developing organizational competencies and delivering business solutions that drive process and profit improvements.

Paula holds a BA in psychology from Mary Washington College and an MBA from Harvard University. She has extensive training and experience in quality tools and is skilled in High Performance Facilitation. Paula is a member of the Association for Operations Management (APICS), the Project Management Institute (PMI), the American Management Association (AMA), and the American Society for Quality (ASQ). She is also a volunteer for Compeer and a counselor for SCORE. [ top ]
