This life-development process prepares young people for a future of success and excellence. The program promotes personal leadership, healthy behaviors and the skills employers identify as essential: positive attitudes, interpersonal skills, and goal-achievement skills. Leadership for Career and Life Success

This highly interactive program is delivered in a classroom setting, as a guest-speaker series. Using a blend of lecture, videos, in-class exercises and a take-home assignment, young people learn about the importance of positive attitudes, the skills and knowledge required for career choices, and how to set specific, measurable goals.
